Our Tall Oaks Titan kneels in noble humility
before his king prior to entering battle.
A true warrior fights valiantly with
the intent to win, not by his own glory,
but rather the glory of his king.

Athletic teams build individual character and school wide spirit. It is with great enthusiasm and excitement that we have begun to build an athletic program at TOCS. Homeschool students are invited to participate in all TOCS athletic programs dependent upon availibility and eligibility. A contest was held to find a mascot for our sports teams. More than twenty
students submitted artwork
entries. Students from Kindergarten up to twelfth
grade submitted their best work for the chance to win the prize. The quality
and creativity of their work exemplified the fine arts portion of their classical
and Christian education. The winning design was submitted by our three
Senior students: Nicole Leager, Chris Brearly and Ben Zinkand as a joint
collaboration.
You may ask yourself, “Why is the Titan kneeling?” The winning entrants
explain it this way, “Our Titan kneels in noble humility before his king prior to
entering battle. A true warrior fights valiantly with the intent to win. His motive
is not his own glory, but rather the glory of his king.”
