Tuition & Fees

Tuition is normally paid in eleven monthly payments. The first payment is due:
  • For re-enrolling families – June 1, 2010. For new families upon acceptance.
  • The second payment is due August 1, 2010. The eleventh and final payment is due May 1, 2011.
  • A discount applies to any family paying full tuition in a lump sum upon acceptance or prior to July 31, 2010.

Check with the financial secretary for discount amount.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

  • A non-refundable application and placement testing fee must be submitted with student application. (Fees are indicated on the previous page.)
  • Cost of uniforms (daily, dress, and P.E.)
  • Extracurricular and athletic club fees. (See appropriate registration forms.)
  • Book and Activity Fee per student is due July 1, 2010. (Full time only.)

    • 1st through 2nd Grades: $340.00
    • 3rd through 4th Grades: $370.00
    • 5th through 6th Grades: $390.00
    • 7th through 8th Grades: $420.00
    • 9th through 11th Grades: $500

  • This fee covers:

    • The use of the textbooks and curriculum, which TOCS owns
    • The cost of insurance for each child
    • The costs of activities such as field trips
